Here at First United Methodist Church, taking care of God’s children is our highest priority.  We are blessed to have an educational program for young children.  We believe that "all children are a gift from God"-Matthew 19:14, and "are created in the image of God" - Psalm 119:73. 

This is a full time ministry of First United Methodist Church.  This ministry uses creative play and sensory experiences, along with a Christian curriculum so that kids can grow emotionally, socially, intellectually, physically and spiritually.The Day School offers a Preschool for 2’s, 3’s, and 4’s as well as a child care program for children ages 6 weeks-24 months.

We will provide your child with a safe and loving place with Christian role models to assist in the development of each individual child in the areas of social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual and physical growth.   Because we are a church related child care center we will be faithful to our heritage as Christians and our daily activities will reflect that tradition.

We accept all children regardless of race, religion, or national origin.   All children are required to submit a current health and immunization record, an emergency medical release, and a registration agreement.

FUMC Day School hours of operation are from: 7:00am-5:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday.   We provide year round child care, with the exception of seven legal holidays. We are also able to provide child care for special times throughout the year such as teacher holidays and workdays, Spring and Christmas breaks, and summer vacation.
